4 Weeks To Your Best Race!
Whether you're a beginning runner who is aiming for a 3 mile race or experienced and gearing up for a half marathon or longer distance, this is the class for you. Every workout will focus on the essential components that make you a great runner: speed work, hill workouts, and time trials.

This running program will get you to run your best race, yet. You will learn the importance of great form and stride, how to run more effortlessly and how to improve your race time, while staying injury free and having fun.

Who Is This Program For?
• This running class is geared towards all levels - beginner to advanced runner
• You have a desire to improve your form, speed and distance
• You want to learn what running workouts will get you ready in the most efficient way
• You are ready to be pushed out of your comfort zone

What Do You Get?
• 8 hour-long workouts in Central Park focused on boosting your endurance & lactic acid threshold
• Individualized workout plan based on your baseline and tailored towards your specific goal race
• Insider nutrition tips for races and training runs
• 2 Indoor Brooklyn Bridge Boot Camp sessions as your cross-training (good for 6 weeks)

About Your Coach Terence Gerchberg
Terence loves running. He loves what running does for his body and mind. You can find him in Central Park or the West Side Highway or just running around town. He has run 12 Marathons, including the last 9 NYC Marathons, with a PR of 2:57. His best half marathon time is 1.22. His passion for the sport is clear when you talk to him about running.

Terence even ran around the world on the TV Show ‘The Amazing Race’. Good thing he is fast because he needed to backtrack on many occasions after getting lost. Terence has coached and worked successfully with runners of all shapes, ages, and levels of abilities for the past 5 years. Terence’s approach comes from a Zen place: Train, have fun, enjoy it and the results will follow.
