A 4-Week Program designed to get you results fast.

You will learn the most effective way to lose fat, put on lean muscle, and change the shape of your body – for good. Since 2009 more than 1,000 participants have taken Slim & Strong and have achieved lasting results with NYC's most effective workout.

Slim & Strong includes the following:

  • 4 weeks of Indoor Boot Camp Classes (3 hours per week: Monday/Wednesday/Friday).
  • Additional outdoor classes good for 60 days.
  • No gym membership required. Showers and lockers available.
  • Burn at least 800 calories per class.

Ariane utilizes only the most effective strength training moves that bring about a lean and toned body. Enjoy a high intensity class that keeps your heart rate up as you're shaping your entire body. You'll be amazed by the after-burn effect that lasts up to 48 hours after class and the change you'll see within only 5 sessions.

About the Instructor:

Ariane Hundt is a New York City-based dynamic Personal Trainer and holds a Master's degree in Nutrition. She has a refreshingly interactive and fun approach in helping her clients achieve the physical self they desire. She has been featured on NBC, Fox 5 News, ABC News, CW11, the British GMTV Morning News, various German TV stations and magazines, in the New York Times, and Women's Health as the creator of NYC's toughest workout, the Brooklyn Bridge Boot Camp.

She provides expert advice on fitness and nutrition to outlets such as MSN Health, Life & Style, the Hartford Courant, Oxygen Magazine and the Chicago Tribune, among others.

Ariane's fitness philosophy is simple: A fit and lean body is the result of a healthy lifestyle that consists of balanced nutrition, effective exercise, and a positive sense of self. Rather than promoting temporary dieting, Ariane believes in incorporating simple, yet effective, lifestyle changes that bring about dramatic results. She specializes in fat loss and health conditioning and draws from a diverse background in physical fitness, nutrition, preventative care, hypnosis and Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
