  • Follow up via email and telephone for the first week
  • Final evaluation after 4 weeks in person with repeated measurements to track progress

One-on-one Nutrition Consultations
During this hour-long session we discuss your specific goals, health history and diet to help you achieve your goals and create a lasting lifestyle that gets you healthy and keeps you looking and feeling great.
Leave with customized nutrition plan and calculations, body fat measurement. Daily follow-up for the first week.
