Get your butt kicked in Central Park!

Enjoy this intense workout in Central Park that combines running with intermittent stops at the Park's most beautiful locations, such as the Mall and the Bethesda Fountain. Work your entire body -  firm your glutes, tighten your thighs, tone your arms and burn mega calories. Bring about a lean and sculpted body within 5 sessions. 

Classes take place on an ongoing basis. You can start anytime and take as many or as few classes as you like (the more, the faster the results, obviously).

All classes have a 12-month expiration date.

Unlimited month: $150 (good for 30 days)

  • Signup is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • There is a maximum of 20 people per class.
  • There is an 8-hour cancellation policy for classes.
  • If you're on the waitlist you will receive an email once you're added to class.
  • Bag Check: The New York Running Company Store lets you store your bag during your workout. They're located on the 2nd floor of the Time Warner Building. They're open from 10am - 9pm.

Be sure to sign up early as classes are expected to fill up.
