PERSONAL TRAINING
All Brooklyn Bridge Boot Camp trainers offer one-on-one Personal Training, designed to help you achieve a fit and lean body.

Initial Evaluation

During our initial session we will assess your flexibility and strength, body fat percentage and cardiovascular health, and take a close look at your current nutritional lifestyle. We will take measurements to track progress, set attainable short- and long-term goals, and outline specific steps that will get you there.

Workouts

We do not take a one-size-fits-all approach. Your workouts will be customized towards your desired body type, incorporating the most effective and results-oriented techniques. For example, someone aiming to develop a dancer's body will follow a different routine than someone who is interested in building muscle mass. We will incorporate elements from various training disciplines to help you achieve your goals.
  • Education

  • The most succesful clients are those interested in maintaining their level of health and fitness long-term. Enjoy the educational style of the workouts and learn what types of exercise and nutrition work for your body and what doesn't, so this will be your last attempt at changing your body ever.
  • Motivation

  • Goal-setting and evaluation of your progress allows you to stay on track. Seeing yourself change in the mirror and losing inches will keep your motivation boosted. Learn which motivational techniques will provide lasting drive as you reach your goals. Ariane follows up with her clients between sessions via email or telephone, providing ongoing support and motivation, to ensure you continue at home what you started in the gym.
