Brooklyn Bridge boot Camp Success Stories
This is a great workout if you need to be pushed to your limits. Like Katherine, I generally opt for the elliptical machines. Ariane and her crew make you discover muscles you've never used before. You are sore for days to come, but in the man-I-really-worked-out sore. Whether you're a beginner or super fit, the instructors adjust the classes according to your fitness level. I would definitely recommend if you need a kick in the butt or you're extremely unmotivated when you go to the gym.
I had my first class on Saturday morning and it was awesome. I left feeling super energized (and sore the next day...)! It was so beautiful to exercise on the bridge and Ariane led a great class. The highlight was the stairs halfway through. Cannot wait until my next session!
I've been taking the early morning class since last year. I can honestly say that my body has never felt tighter and more toned. I recently went on a family vacation and everone commented on how much my body has changed. If you're looking to shape up quickly and don't want to waste your time on the treadmill or in the gym then you have to give this workout a serious try. You won't have any regrets.
Be prepared for this workout! This is not for the faint but it's totally worth it. I liked that I had to work hard and I was pushed to my max, which I wouldn't do on my own. The workout includes running and strength training with stretch bands.
Ariane gave me individual instruction even though there was a big group, so I felt good about doing the exercises right. It's pretty early in the morning and that is a challenge alone, but it's so worth it! The best thing is that it's really affordable and only $15 for the first time, so anyone can afford that!
I attended the Brooklyn Bridge Boot Camp for the first time expecting it to be easy like one I did in the park last year but I was pleasantly surprised to learn otherwise. It was really challenging and made me work hard (I've done a few triathlons and half marathons). The program worked both the cardio and muscles and like the slogan says: "with a view". I highly recommend the class for anyone looking to get in shape!
I was expecting to work hard just based on the name but when I was actually done with it I felt like I had "survived". This workout kicks ass and works the whole body. The group is mostly women but they're a power bunch. The instructor Ariane keeps you motivated all throughout even when you want to quit or jump off the bridge. Definitely the fastest way I've found to put a dent into getting back in shape.
The outdoor and indoor classes are amazing. Ariane will push you to the limit without ever coming off as a drill sergeant. Taking the bridge classes has made me super motivated to take my running abilities to the next level. The indoor slim and strong classes have helped me learn to lead a much healthier life and I even quit smoking! In addition, of course I totally dropped weight and therefore look and feel fantastic. I highly recommend it!
I wanted to thank you for your awesome class on Tuesday AM -- and for my slight inability to walk correctly today due to the muscle soreness in my butt, legs, adductors, etc.!!! I'm already signed up for tomorrow and next Tuesday, and look forward to many many more awesome workouts with Brooklyn Bridge Boot Camp in the future!
I had never taken classes in my life because my coordination is terrible. I took my 1st class on January 10th, 2009. I weighed 135 before taking the first class. I also attended one of her nutrition workshops and what a revelation! All I can say is Ariane is amazing. I took the boot camp classes every Thursday & Saturday for a month and I followed her nutrition plan. I'm so happy to say that I am 125lbs now. I can't believe it. I didn't tell anyone that I had made any changes, not even my husband. He looks at me know and says: "Wow, you are looking great. Keep up whatever you are doing!" My clothes are fitting so much better. My body feels tighter and I feel more confident in myself and about my appearance. Thank you Ariane!
I am going on my third week with the Brooklyn Bridge Boot Camp and I have to say, I am seeing results already. The inches are coming off. Ariane is a very good Trainer. I recently lost 90 lbs and now I am maintaining and toning up and the Boot Camp is helping a lot. If you are looking for a high energy workout, this is the one for you.
I noticed a significant difference in my energy level and in the way my body looked after only a few weeks of the Brooklyn Bridge Boot Camp. Ariane is a fantastic motivator who manages to keep every class interesting and challenging. I have been to many classes at gyms over the years and I have never found a class that compares to Boot Camp. I highly recommend this to anyone. Thanks!
